Corrupt Pennsylvania judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan pleaded guilty to tax evasion and honest services fraud after it was discovered that they were receiving kickbacks from juvenile detention camps. The camps would pay them money so that the judges would give juvenile criminals harsh sentences for petty crimes.
